Average Marketing of a NJ Home for Sale Gets Only Average Results

Can Your Realtor Really Market Property Well?

By Gerri Leventhal – Find NJ House

There is marketing a house for sale and then there is super marketing one’s home! If you  want top dollar for your house, and we all do, then you must market, market, market… Get the word out that your home is for sale and it is a spectacular good price deal. The more people who you tell about your home the higher the offers to buy it will be and the faster your NJ house will sell…

Putting a sign "home for sale" on your front lawn might get you an offer from someone driving past your house but you want people (buyers) competing and trying to out bid one another. Your marketing must reach all corners of the globe if you are going to get a high offer to buy your home.
Your Realtor should sell the North New Jersey life style, the fact that you are right outside of NYC and the benefits of living in a suburb yet still close to New York. This is how you get the most money for your New Jersey Home. Remember that folks from the world over are interested in owning homes in the desirable suburbs of New York City so you have to market globally.
