Anyone who has seen “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” MTV’s “Jersey Shore” revival, knows that Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s relationship with his girlfriend has been anything but solid.

Ortiz-Magro, 32, who currently lives in Las Vegas, and his ex-girlfriend, Jen Harley, welcomed a baby girl, Ariana Sky, on April 3.

Now People confirms that Harley has been charged with domestic battery after an alleged fight with Ortiz-Magro in Las Vegas.

TMZ first reported that Harley was arrested on Sunday after she allegedly got into a fight with her ex in the car as they drove home from a barbecue.

The report cites anonymous sources who said Harley allegedly hit Ortiz-Magro in the face. When he reportedly attempted to leave the car and got caught in his seatbelt, she allegedly dragged him with the car. The report claims that their daughter, Ariana, now 2 months old, was also in the car at the time.

In the show, filmed when Harley was pregnant, Ortiz-Magro remains skeptical that he can make his relationship with her work, saying she had cheated on him. He is also shown being unfaithful to Harley with a woman he meets in Miami during the filming of the series.

As “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” began to air, the couple broke out in an explosive fight that was captured on social media

People also reported that police were called earlier this month when Harley and Ortiz-Magro got in a fight over the death of Harley’s dog at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas during filming for the second season. While police claimed that Harley had hit Ortiz-Magro and he alleged that she spit on him, she denied getting physical with him. Harley reportedly blamed Ortiz-Magro for the drowning death of her dog.

Before his clashes with Harley, Ortiz-Magro was known for his stormy on-again, off-again relationship with Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, a fellow cast member on the original “Jersey Shore” who was absent from the series revival.

Ortiz-Magro recently appeared alongside other members of the “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” cast on the “MTV Movie & TV Awards.” The season finale of the show airs on Thursday. The second season, already in production, will take “Jersey Shore” from Miami to Las Vegas and be sure to include the drama surrounding Ortiz-Magro and Harley.
